Privacy is part of the intervention

Offline resilience for those who hold the line.

We develop private, offline mental health technology for frontline safety and critical infrastructure workers, designed to work without accounts, cloud storage or employer monitoring.

Support cannot help if professional fear prevents the first step.

For people working in aviation, policing and emergency services, concern about career restriction, regulatory stigma or workplace visibility can become a barrier to seeking support. We address that barrier by developing offline, zero-account tools that give critical workers a private space to understand acute operational stress, decompress and find appropriate routes to human support on their own terms.

Built around the realities of frontline work.

Each programme begins with sector-specific language, safeguards and pathways. We do not rebrand a generic wellness product.

01

Aviation

Offline regulatory translation, personal-baseline readiness and decompression tools informed by aviation human factors and current aeromedical wellness frameworks.

Live prototype
02

Policing

Anonymous post-incident peer-support mapping and short physiological settling tools designed around the realities of operational exposure.

03

EMS & healthcare

Acute-trauma grounding and compassion-fatigue resources intended to support ambulance and frontline healthcare staff between formal points of care.

In development

A working aviation readiness instrument.

Nominal demonstrates the model: personal signals are interpreted against the individual's own baseline, short calibration tools work without stigma-laden language, and a private mode can operate on-device. It is designed as a readiness and reflection tool, never a fitness-for-duty judgement.

Trust is an engineering requirement.

Offline first

Core support should remain available in aircraft, vehicles, remote locations and other environments where connectivity cannot be assumed.

Data minimisation

No advertising model, no unnecessary identity layer and no employer-facing view of an individual's private reflections or health signals.

Human pathways

Technology should lower the barrier to appropriate peer, clinical or emergency support, not pretend to replace the people who provide it.

Building the public-benefit structure around the work.

The Offline Resilience Project is currently being established as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation in England and Wales. Governance, safeguarding and evidence standards are being developed alongside the founding programme.
